It aims to help individuals recover from surgery, manage chronic pain, or regain mobility after an injury, such as sprains, fractures, or strains. Through personalized exercises, hands-on techniques, and assessment of body mechanics, orthopedic physical therapists work to restore function, reduce pain, and improve strength and flexibility. The ultimate goal is to enhance quality of life and enable patients to return to their everyday activities safely and effectively. Examples of conditions our PT’s see on a weekly basis are:
